PayTo lets your customers authorise payments straight from their bank account in real time. It is a modern alternative to a traditional direct debit.
How do I turn on PayTo?
PayTo is not self-serve. The Pay Advantage team has to enable it on your account.
Contact our support team at support@payadvantage.com or call 1300 641 310.
Ask for PayTo to be enabled on your account.
Once it's enabled, PayTo appears as a payment option in your account, payment links and Payment Portal.
How much does PayTo cost?
PayTo costs $1.98 per transaction.
PayTo transaction fees can be automatically on-charged to customers.
You can enable this by navigating to:
Settings > Payment Settings > On-Charge Fees
Under Realtime Processing Fees, they can enable on-charging for PayTo payments.
Once enabled, the applicable processing fee is automatically added to the customer's payment amount, rather than being absorbed by the business.
