You can view and manage all recurring direct debit templates from the Direct Debits menu item > Templates tab. From here you can see all templates and key details at a glance, search through your templates, quickly manage templates, and create a new template.
Search Filter
The search filter is used as an advanced search filter that lets you make specific searches with unique information such as template title, on-charged fees, recurring amounts, etc.
Manage Templates Faster
The Templates list provides key information about each template, including the total number of attached direct debits across all template versions.
You can perform common actions directly from the list view without navigating to the template details page. Select a template to view additional information or manage its versions.
Available actions include:

Payment Portal Settings
Recurring direct debit templates can be shared through your Payment Portal, allowing customers to set up their own direct debits using payment plans you have already configured. This can reduce manual setup while providing a more guided customer experience.
To use this feature, your Payment Portal must be enabled via Settings > Configure Payments.
Once enabled, you can display a button on your Payment Portal landing page that directs customers to your public template plans page. This page is directly available from your Payment Portal URL using the /plans path.
Only templates configured as public will be displayed on this page.
When a customer creates a direct debit through the public plans page, a new customer record is automatically created and linked to the resulting direct debit.
You can also share an individual template directly with a customer, with or without their customer details pre-filled. For more information, see Create a Recurring Direct Debit Template.
Customer-Created Direct Debits
Direct debits set up by customers through the Payment Portal are initially assigned the status CustomerDraft for tracking and record-keeping purposes.
