Fixed DDR closes once all payments are settled
We've updated the Fixed DDR process to ensure that a DDR is only marked as closed or completed once all payments have been successfully settled. This enhancement provides merchants with reliable confirmation, so they can confidently ship their products upon receiving the approval email.
Search and Resend webhook events
The webhook screen now includes a search feature that lets you filter received webhooks by type. If needed, you can also trigger these webhooks to be resent. This allows for easy retrieval and reprocessing of specific webhook events, ensuring no important notifications are missed.
Session Management
When a user logs in, their browser details are tracked, allowing them to navigate the app without needing to log in again. These browser session details are now visible to the user. Users also have the option to revoke sessions, ensuring they can log out of any devices they believe to be unsafe or potentially compromised.
Easier navigation to change customer settings
Previously, adjusting individual settings for receiving updates on receipts or failures was difficult to navigate. Now, a direct link to these settings is conveniently displayed on the DDR settings screen for each customer.
Settlement Emails now have the Merchant Name added
Settlement emails now include the merchant's name, making it easier for clients with multiple accounts to identify which account each settlement email pertains to.
Failed debits from Settlement Email
We'll now notify you via email if we're unable to retrieve funds from your nominated bank account, allowing you to proactively update your bank details.
Apple and Google Pay enabled for new Accounts
We've received great feedback from our clients about how beneficial Apple Pay and Google Pay are for their customers, significantly speeding up the checkout process. To enhance the customer experience, all new accounts will now automatically be enabled for Apple Pay and Google Pay.
PayTo (Beta)
PayTo is now available in Beta mode for merchants, offering a new way to accept real-time payments beyond credit cards. Built on the foundation of PayID, PayTo allows merchants to instantly collect payments directly from customers' bank accounts with their authorization via their banking app.
