- Request to Verify Card - We've implemented a card verification feature to safeguard against fraudulent and risky transactions. When you request verification for a card, a harmless $0 authorization is sent, clearly explaining the purpose of the verification. This provides the following benefits:
-
Fraud Prevention: With credit cards now serving as a widely adopted global payment method, the prevalence of fraudulent activity has risen. In response, we've introduced a crucial measure to safeguard your transactions: the ability to request customer verification. This step helps ensure that the credit card used for a payment truly belongs to the customer in question. This action is recorded, and the payment receipt will display a record of the verification requests made for that card.
-
Transparency: You'll have complete transparency when it comes to card verification requests. If a card has no authorization event or the activation process is still underway, you can access a history of all verification requests for that card by simply clicking on the payment receipt.
-
Cancellation Control: You're in control of your payment requests. You have the ability to cancel your own card authentication payment requests. However, please note that our support team can assist in canceling any card authentication payment request, providing an added layer of security and convenience.

- Pre-authenticated Payment Requests - We've introduced a convenient feature where payment requests for API users which can now be initiated using a customer payment account, previously referred to as a "credit card token." This enhancement ensures that customers can effortlessly validate their payments.
