Scantek Verifications - Scantek is now our chosen provider for conducting officeholder verifications, leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline and simplify the process for merchants. Upon successful completion of the verification, the results will be conveniently sent to the officeholders' mobile phone number.
Xero archived customers - To adhere to Xero's business rules, archived customers are permitted to have duplicate names, while active customers are restricted from using duplicate names. A recent enhancement has been introduced to accommodate these rules, ensuring that Pay Advantage no longer enforces the duplicate name rule for archived customers.
International card - In order to accommodate varying rates for international card types compared to domestic cards, a modification was implemented in the Pay Advantage platform to enable future support for this functionality.
