Payment Requests let you send your customers a link via email, SMS, or by copying and pasting—to complete a one-off payment. It’s a fast and secure way to collect money without needing to take payment over the phone or in person.
When a customer clicks the link, they’re taken to a secure payment portal where they can:
- Tap to pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay
- Enter credit card or bank account details manually
- Use PayID or PayTo for instant, low-fee bank transfers
Once they submit their payment, they’ll see a real-time confirmation of whether it was successful.
Managing Your Payment Requests
Any outstanding payment requests (where the customer hasn’t paid yet) are visible in your Client Portal under the Payment Request section of the menu. From there, you can:
- Resend the link
- Extend the expiry date
- Cancel the request
