Hosted pages and payment portal share the same branching styles. Therefore you only need to style once.

Customise your Branding

You can customise what your style and branding for customers visiting your Payment Portal. Make sure you are happy with the logo and colour theme you are using. Light and pastel colours work best on this page.

Custom URL for your Payment Portal

Your payment portal URL is the unique web address your customers will visit to make payments to your business. If you do not customise the URL, your client code will be used instead. 

Take a moment to choose something that fits your brand — you might want to include it on your website, buttons, or marketing materials.

If you ever want to change it later, you’ll need to contact our Support team. It’s best to pick a URL you’re happy to keep to avoid extra steps down the track to change it later.

To activate:

1. Click Activate Portal

2. Type in the brand name you want for your portal

3. Click Yes, Activate Portal

Pay-Any-Amount specific wording

If you do need to take payments for unknown amounts and have enabled Pay-Any-Amount, you are able to add specific wording to the payment portal for customers. Make it short and sweet, and let them know what they can do on this page. You can come back and change this anytime using the edit button. 

NOTE: If you want to accept payments of any amount you need to allow pay-any-amount in configure payment settings
