To change the bank account details that we settle your customer payments and debit invoice fees.
Firstly you will need to create a new transfer method, which can be achieved in two ways:
1. Click account, settlements & ledgers, the settings tab under the general ledger tab, the pencil icon, click to add a new transfer method click here, enter the new bank account details, send SMS code to verify the change and then click create.
2. Click account, settlements & ledgers, transfer methods, create, enter the new bank account details, send SMS code to verify the change and then click create.
Please note that this creates the new transfer method but does not assign the new account as the account we will deposit into or take fees from.
To change the account you want Pay Advantage to deposit funds into, you will then need to navigate back to the general ledger tab (Click account, settlements & ledgers, general ledger tab), then click settings tab, the pencil icon, in the select one drop down select the new bank account you created and click change.
Please note that once this change has been made you will receive an email to verify your new bank account via an illion link. Until this has been completed your settlements will be held and not transferred into your account.
If you would like Pay Advantage to debit our fees from a different account than the one we deposit into you will need to set up a fee ledger.
