Export Your Customers Payment Data

While we hate to see merchants leave Pay Advantage, we understand that sometimes change is necessary.
To help make this transition as smooth as possible for both you and your customers, we offer a secure export of your customers’ payment information, allowing them to avoid re-entering their details with a new provider.
This export can include credit card details and bank account information and is provided in a secure format. A data extraction fee applies to cover the handling and compliance requirements involved in preparing the export.

What Information is Included

When you request your data, the export file will include:

• Customer Details:

  • Customer Code

  • External ID

  • Reference Number

  • Name, Email, Mobile

• Payment Accounts:

  • Customer Payment Account Code

• Credit Cards:

  • Card Number

  • Card Holder First and Last Name

  • Expiry Month and Year

• Bank Accounts:

  • BSB

  • Account Number

  • Account Name

All sensitive data is securely exported.
