If you have previously requested to close your Pay Advantage account and now wish to reopen it or use our services again, the next steps will depend on whether your business details have changed.
If Your Business Details Remain the Same
If all key business details are unchanged (e.g. ABN, business structure, officeholder/director details), we may be able to reinstate your previous account.
To proceed:
The Officeholder will be required to complete a series of verification checks
Once completed, we can assess and action the reinstatement

If Your Business Details Have Changed
If your business details have changed since the account was closed, you will be required to:
Create a new Pay Advantage account, and
Complete the standard onboarding and verification process
If You Only Require Historical Payment Information
If you do not wish to reactivate your account or create a new one, but need assistance with:
Confirming payment details, or
Accessing information from your previous account
We may still be able to assist.

Once verified, Support can provide relevant information where appropriate
