Once a customers payment has been processed, you can send them a receipt via email or by sharing a secure link.
To send a payment receipt to your customer:
Open the payment receipt in the system.
You will then have two options:
Email Receipt
Click Email Receipt to send the receipt link directly to the customer’s email address recorded in the system
Share Receipt
Click Share Receipt to generate a link
You can then copy and paste this link and send it to the customer via another method (e.g. SMS or email)
To view the receipt, the customer will be required to enter their registered details (their mobile number).
After entering their mobile number, they will be able to securely access and download the payment receipt.
