Pay Advantage currently operates in Australian Dollars (AUD) only and does not support multi-currency transactions.
What This Means
All payments processed through Pay Advantage will be charged in AUD
You cannot process payments in other currencies (e.g. USD, EUR, GBP)
For Merchants
If you are charging customers in a different currency:
You are responsible for calculating and converting the amount into AUD before setting up or processing the payment
Ensure the final amount entered into the system is the correct AUD equivalent
For International Customers
If your customer is based overseas, please note the following:
Pay Advantage can only process Direct Debit payments from Australian bank accounts
International bank accounts cannot be used for Direct Debit payments
If your customer is paying via an international credit card, additional transaction fees may apply
The customer’s bank or card provider may also charge:
Currency conversion fees
International transaction fees
These fees are set by the customer’s financial institution and are outside of Pay Advantage’s control.
