When a chargeback is received, you will be notified and given the opportunity to submit supporting evidence to dispute the chargeback.

All Full Access users on the account will receive an email notification
A notification will also appear on your dashboard
Finding Chargebacks in the Portal
Log in to your Pay Advantage account.
On the main dashboard, locate the “Requires Attention” section.
This section highlights critical issues requiring action, including:
Payment Enquiries (Chargebacks)
Click on this section to view all outstanding items.
Click on the three dots next to the Payment Enquiry and select Resolve.
Viewing & Responding to a Chargeback
Once you have opened the payment enquiry, you can review all of the information and submit your response directly through the portal.
It is important to respond promptly, as chargebacks have strict timeframes for submitting evidence.
