If you forget your password, use the password reset tool on the secure client reset password page https://secure.payadvantage.com.au/UserActivation.aspx
Enter your email address > Click Reset Password
Enter in your mobile number linked to the account
An Activation email will be sent to your Username email
Click on Reset and Sign in Now
An SMS code will be sent to the mobile number listed on the account
Enter this code in the top box, the new password in the middle box and retype password in last box.
