Resetting my Password

Your password can be changed if you have forgotten your current password by following these instructions:

  1. Go to the Sign In area on the Pay Advantage website.
  2. Enter your Username (This is your Email).
  3. Click on Forgot Password.
  4. Enter your Email address in the top box and your mobile number below.
  5. Click Enter.
  6. An activation Email will be sent to you.
  7. Click on Reset and Sign In Now.
  8. An SMS Code will be sent to the mobile number you've provided.
  9. Enter this code into the top box.
  10. Enter a new password and retype below.
